Communication Channels are the contact methods you provide to customers on your Printalogue storefront. These channels allow customers to reach you for inquiries, support, custom quotes, or order-related questions through their preferred method of communication.
- Go to your Printalogue dashboard.
- Enter your contact details (such as phone number, email address, or Messenger link) into the communication channels you wish to offer.
(Note [a]: You can click “Test” to test whether the contact information you entered is correct.) - Scroll down and Click “Save Change”
- Once entered and saved, these options will automatically appear to customers when they visit your Printalogue and during the ordering process.
