📚 Setting Up Binding Type (SC-Booklet)
For multi-page products such as booklets, catalogs, and magazines, binding is an essential finishing step.
In PriceCal, the Binding Component allows you to define the binding type and cost per book, so the system can automatically calculate the correct total based on print quantity.

The Binding Component defines the cost and type of binding used for booklet-type products.
Each binding setup includes:
-
A fixed setup cost (Base Price)
-
A per-book binding cost

– Base Price: One-time setup or startup fee before any per-piece cost applies. (covers setup, trimming, and machine preparation).
– Per Binding: Cost per book of print quantity (applied per finished booklet). - (optional) Set a Bulk Discount. If no need, just keep it in “Please Select”
